When planning an installation of a fire misting system, one of the questions that the installers get asked about a lot is whether the system will ruin the design and aesthetics of a room. After all, if the customer has spent time and money designing their perfect home and color scheme, the last thing they would want is big, clunky nozzles sticking out from their ceiling. The good news is that FireMisting nozzles are as discreet as they could possibly be.

Sitting only 3mm thick from the ceiling, and with the ability to color code them to any color to perfectly match the room design that it is being installed in, the customer does not have to compromise fire safety over room aesthetics. FireMisting’s official website has pictures from a recently completed installation of a misting system in a penthouse apartment in Chester.

The pictures there show the company’s misting nozzles in the penthouse ceilings. As the customer will be able to see, they perfectly blend into the white ceiling and are barely noticeable.  The customer can also see the size of the nozzles when compared to the light fittings.

The misting systems installed by FireMisting installers have achieved British Standard BS8458:2015 compliancy. This British Standard covers design, installation, water supplies, maintenance and testing of residential and domestic water mist fire suppression systems installed to reduce the risk to life.
