Future orientation and convincing quality as an employer-for this the fire protection specialist WAGNER Group GmbH was awarded the “Arbeitgeber der Zukunft” (Employer of the Future) prize by the Deutsche Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung (German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND)) on September 6th.
The award was presented to Steffen Springer and Katharina Rischer of WAGNER in the presence of Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics.
Modern management
An evaluation matrix developed by experts from business and science was used to obtain a holistic picture of the company. The focus of the analysis was on the areas of modern management and employee friendliness.
WAGNER received the award as an innovative company with a clear digitalization strategy, which pursues concrete, future-oriented sustainability goals and offers attractive working conditions.

Katharina Rischer, Director of HR at WAGNER, sees the award as a confirmation of the strategic direction the company has taken: "The world of work has changed dramatically in recent years. This applies to the demands placed on employees as well as the demands placed on us as an employer."
