Sparkling ideas and technological innovations can be found at LogiMAT 2018 in Stuttgart – the hotspot meeting of the logistics industry.

The WAGNER Group will be presenting its solutions for Logistics 4.0 there from March 13 to 15, 2018. The focus will be on the active fire prevention system OxyReduct® in combination with the early fire detection system TITANUS®.

Innovative solutions

Fire protection expert has specialized in innovative solutions for value-focused and process-sensitive areas

The international trade fair for Intralogistics is considered a meeting of experts, and this year's motto is "Digital-Networked- Innovative". With the active oxygen reduction technology OxyReduct®, the WAGNER Group is hitting the nail on the head: act instead of react.

As a system manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience, the fire protection expert has specialized in innovative solutions for value-focused and process-sensitive areas.

preventive fire protection

OxyReduct®: The proactive system starts before a fire can develop and protects against fire-related losses of goods and interruptions or failures that endanger operations. The technology behind OxyReduct® is a clever solution to prevent a fire from spreading in the first place.

To do this, the oxygen content in the area to be protected is permanently reduced below the ignition limit of the materials present there and kept at this level in a controlled manner. The nitrogen required to reduce the oxygen is generated as needed from the ambient air on-site using a physical filter process.

Early fire detection

By combining OxyReduct® with early fire detection, WAGNER offers a holistic fire protection solution

By combining OxyReduct® with early fire detection, WAGNER offers a holistic fire protection solution at the highest level. Highly sensitive TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors detect the causes of fire as early as possible, which can no longer spread to fires due to the reduction in oxygen.

They therefore allow countermeasures to be taken at an early stage. The robust TITANUS® systems can be used in a temperature range from −40°C to +60°C. Using the patented LOGIC·SENS® fire pattern recognition, TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors differentiate between fire and false alarm scenarios and offer the highest level of security against false alarms.

Fire protection solutions

All TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors and accessories have VdS approval. FM and UL-approved versions are also available. Customers all over the world rely on the pioneering fire protection solutions of the WAGNER Group, which boasts its own research and development department.

These include Imperial Automotive Logistics, NewCold, Preferred Freezer Services, British Library, BASF and many more. Trade visitors can obtain further information about the systems and WAGNER's innovative fire protection solutions at Stand D11 in Hall 7.
