Fire-Dex Fills New Positions, Announces Corporate Culture Initiatives

Fire-Dex continues to seek new talent as they experience tremendous growth, while strengthening corporate culture among their team members. 

Kelsey McKinley, Contract Administrator, Holly Banos, Territory Sales Representative, and Dan Maynard, Supply Chain Coordinator, have all been onboarded in recent weeks.

Being a family business with two women leaders (Lauren DeVere, President of Fire-Dex, and Taylor Gilman, President of Gear Wash), it is important for us to acknowledge that corporate culture is changing. Over the past few years, Lauren and Taylor have invested significant time and resources to provide associates with a sought-after culture that not only attracts but also retains top talent.
