Fike has expanded their Atlas rupture disc product line to include Inconel 625 material of construction. The material will now be offered in sizes 1″ (DN25), 1.5″ (DN40), 2″ (DN50), 3″ (DN80), and 4″ (DN100).

Inconel 625 paired with Fike’s G2 technology creates a rupture disc with outstanding corrosion resistance at a wide range of temperatures. In addition to burst pressures ranging from 60-1500 psig (4.13-103.42 barg), Inconel 625 is the preferred material of use for (upstream and downstream) oil and gas applications, geothermal installations and desalination plants.

Quality overpressure protection solutions

This material of construction is also highly demanded in multiple applications for the aerospace, nuclear, and chemical processing industries.

G2 technology has raised the bar for the performance characteristics of rupture discs and adding Inconel 625 material is evidence that Fike is committed to providing quality overpressure protection solutions for nearly any application,” says Daniel Willis, National Sales Manager, Industrial Protection.
