Since 1999, FireRite has been pioneering the fire protection industry in Wales and the UK, alongside their experienced team of 28, providing fire safety assessments, strategies, audits and training to thousands of clients across the regions both in the public and private sector.

FireRite has four key values; passion, care, integrity, and expertise. FireRite wanted a rebrand that repositioned these values first and foremost and reflected them.

Values and professional services

While the company’s values and professional services are ahead of the game, their branding had been left behind. CR was given the task to develop a brand, website, and promotional materials that reflect FireRite, give the image they deserve.

The first job was to evaluate their personality, understand their objectives, and develop a brand that would be fit for purpose for the next 10 years. They started by looking to rejuvenate the logo. They wanted to stick with the strong, bold style of the current logo and create something modern and forward thinking, a logo that was simple, memorable, versatile and appropriate.

Next was the website. This is the first port of call for most customers of FireRite, the website is what comes up on the Google search and where customers will get their information in order to decide to use the service. They wanted to raise FireRite’s perception in the marketplace, give them a website that outshines competitors’ and reflects their professionalism, competence and expertise in the industry.

Key marketing strategy for the FireRite rebrand

Promotional material was a key marketing strategy for the FireRite rebrand. Offering branded material like business cards, letterheads, notebooks, folders to prospective clients adds a level of professionalism and trust.

From their humble beginnings in Caerphilly, to pioneering the fire protection market in the west of the UK, FireRite’s new branding represents their reliability to undertake a vital service to protect people from fire.
