FieldEquip, a field service management platform, is excited to announce its entrance into the Middle East. They have completed the implementation of the Asset Inspection Software Solution with one of the largest Oil Field Service companies in the Middle East, Abraj Energy Services, which is also a part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

There was a periodic need to inspect equipment, to maintain compliance and safety, spread across the country. The Drilling Rig Mast solution automated this periodic field inspection. Further, compliance reporting must be done along with the historical maintenance of records.

Developed automation capabilities

The captured data and information can be accessed through the portal as well as the mobile app

The solution has been implemented in the Oman data park, saving the infrastructure cost, and integrated with the on-prem SAP system of Abraj, keeping the old and new data/information at a single place. This seamless integration connected the processes together and developed automation capabilities for the mast inspection process.

It becomes possible for Abraj to digitize the inspections performed by the vendors, and monitor the status of the ongoing work. Moreover, the captured data and information can be accessed through the portal as well as the mobile app.

The multi-channel availability empowers:

  • Technicians/field workers enter information from the field and receive alerts and notifications directly, saving the waiting time to receive details and trips to the office.
  • Managers to access/inspect any information at any time from any place, and generate and send task information directly.

Latest technology-driven solutions

Prat Gupta, CEO and Founder of FieldEquip, said: "We thrive to provide the latest technology-driven solutions for our clients and seamless integration with the already established systems in place in order to create a safe working environment for our customers and their employees."

He adds, "Our recent project with Abraj represents our continuous efforts of innovating solutions that can be deployed globally."
