Federal Signal Corporation will announce first quarter 2010 earnings on Apr 30, 2010

Federal Signal Corporation, a leader in environmental, safety and transportation solutions, will announce first quarter 2010 earnings on Friday, April 30, 2010.

The Company will give a presentation via conference call and webcast for investors and analysts on the same day. On the investor conference call and webcast, the Company will also discuss Federal Signal Technologies Group, a new division that the Company intends to form to focus on Intelligent Transportation Systems ("ITS") solutions, and Federal Signal's future earnings outlook.

Participating on the call will be William H. Osborne, president and CEO, and William Barker, senior vice president and CFO.
