The team at Universal Pumps is excited to introduce the extended range of Universal engine driven pumps. Already gaining a strong reputation for reliability, great performance and unbeatable price point, this latest offer is set to impress.
After the initial launch of the FFP Series Firefighting Pumps and WPA Series water transfer pump, the team at Universal Pumps was inundated with requests to add more to the range, and they listened. The extended range of engine driven pumps, featuring both diesel and petrol options up to 15HP, is the culmination of an extensive research and development program designed to give home owners exactly what they want – a reliable, industry leading performer, with an attractive price point.
The new, extended range features an additional 8 models under three core areas; fire fighting, water transfer and trasher/sewerage. The range features pumps that are capable of handling high volume pumping jobs easily and efficiently.
On offer is the new range of fire fighting pumps, in addition to the FFP Series, Universal have introduced the HFP Series and DFP Series. Universal fire fighting pumps, available in petrol or diesel options, can be used in a range of heavy duty applications including fire fighting, tank filling, water transfer, boom spraying, irrigation and travelling irrigators. Capable of 7 metres suction lift, they are the ideal all-purpose pump for home owners.

In addition to the fire fighting range, Universal have extended their water transfer pump offering to include the WPA 5.5HP manual start, designed to assist with high volume water transfer. The highly effective mechanical seal on the WPA features special carbon ceramics to provide extra durability plus a rigid mounted cast iron volute and cast iron impeller bring this new pump into the industry leader territory.
Completing the range of engine driven pumps is the trasher pumps. Capable of pumping solid sewerage and with the SC Series suitable for sea water, these pumps are suitable for not only sewerage but construction, shallow well, agricultural washing and irrigation applications.
All pumps in the extended engine driven pump range come with a bonus heavy weigh aluminium full frame protected housing with trolley handles.
