Expert Fire Solutions announces that following an assessment by a UKAS accredited organization, ISOQAR, they have been successful in achieving ISO 9001: 2008 certification, an internationally recognized standard for developing and maintaining quality management systems.

The certification recognizes that the policies and procedures comply with the high standards required by ISO 9001 and further demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001 award

The ISO 9001 award recognizes Expert Fire’s commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 8% of UK businesses holding this certificate, they are at the forefront of quality service and customer care.

Expert Fire Director, Alan Raine, said, “We have always been proud of the excellent service we offer our customers, but to have this confirmed by outside experts is just wonderful, the whole team has worked extremely hard and we’re very excited for the future of our company. We truly want our customers to feel confident that they are partnering with an ISO 9001 legally compliant and proactive company.”

Commenting on the certification, Alan Corsie, from Northern Management Systems said, "This is a big achievement for any company let alone a company that has only been trading for a year, the company is definitely customer-focused."

Accreditations

They have also achieved BAFE accreditation, British Approvals for Fire Equipment, which is recognized as the Fire Protection Industries, main third party certification body (similar to Gas Safe for plumbing & heating engineers).

The company also holds accreditations to CHAS, the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme, and Constructionline.

We will continue to develop our customer relationships and strive to improve on a day-to-day basis. We hope these highly sought-after standards will demonstrate our commitment to our customers.”
