Evolution, the integrated fire and security business, has appointed Lars Pedersen to the new position of Country Manager for the Nordics to establish a new regional presence and continue to build a dedicated local team.

Lars joins from LenelS2, where he spent over 20 years in various senior roles, latterly as Regional Sales Director for Northern Europe based in Oslo.
He is an Engineer by profession, having worked in the security industry since 1987, building skills in project management, product development, and sales.
