JRP Distribution Ltd, based in the South East of England, is a family-owned business founded in 1981. For over 35 years, JRP Distribution has been a distributor of branded automotive products into the aftermarket.

In 2001, on gaining the exclusive UK distribution of Pacer Technology products, that JRP Distribution could establish itself as a national distributor. In July 2019 JRP moved into a brand new purpose-built distribution facility.

Requiring new alarm systems 

A basic landlord fire alarm system was installed; however, JRP had big plans for their new building. Not only was the office space redesigned to suit their everyday requirements 3 large mezzanine storage levels were created.

This new office space and a large warehouse area required AFD.

Hybrid Fire Detection and Alarm System

Eurotech designed a Hybrid (wired/wireless) BS5839-2017 L1 Fire Detection and Alarm System. The new Hybrid system was powered by a Toccare 3 Loop Intelligent Control Panel. The Hybrid system consisted of over 100 wireless field devices, 5 translators, and over 50 Hardwired Eurotech Intelligent Devices.

The Hybrid system offered seamless integration and allowed D-Squared Group to keep up with the fast-paced installation and strict timeframes set by the client.
