The assessments were developed in collaboration with CalFire and the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains (RCDSMM).
  • Learn about the Emergency Communication for Home Occupants (ECHO) program: EPIC members will also teach and facilitate radio communication among household clusters to enable residents to stay connected and informed during and after emergency incidents.
