Kim Elick is now President, Braun Industries, maker of emergency vehicles and ambulances
Braun Industries announced that Kim Elick has been promoted to president.

Elick, a third-generation Braun family member, will provide the overall direction for the leading manufacturer of handcrafted ambulances. With 17 years experience in the emergency vehicle market - most recently serving as Braun Industries' general manager - she also will be responsible for increasing market share while consistently growing stakeholder value.

"I am privileged to have spent my career at Braun Industries, whose legacy of hard-working people and quality products has been recognized for nearly four decades," said President Kim Elick. "The product innovations and customer service our partners have come to expect and appreciate will continue with the third-generation leadership team."

Since the early 1970s, Braun has been serving the fire and rescue industries with industry-leading ambulances and support. The company was founded by Charles J. Braun as Braun Patternworks, a small Ohio pattern shop. The second generation of the Braun family, Phil and Charma Braun, maintained the company's commitment of quality, integrity and innovation in their products. Phil and Charma Braun will continue to serve over the board of directors.

Elick holds a bachelor's degree in Management and a master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
