Edwards ConnectedSafety+ provides remote predictive maintenance insights which allow partners to proactively take preventative action to help ensure optimized system functionality. These benefits are designed to result in lower system service and maintenance costs and help minimize system disruptions for end users.

Before the introduction of this technology, troubleshooting system issues typically required manual, on-site maintenance visits to resolve and were supported by paper-based workflows.

Edwards ConnectedSafety+ allows technicians to ‘know before they go’ to troubleshoot on-site

Now, with Edwards ConnectedSafety+, technicians can utilize the technology and system data remotely to help diagnose system needs. This diagnostics-led approach gives the opportunity to help predict, prepare for, and address system needs resulting in more efficient service calls. Edwards ConnectedSafety+ allows technicians to ‘know before they go’ to troubleshoot on-site.

Having these analytics accessible in one location allows Edwards ConnectedSafety+ to provide a series of unique-to-market features, which deliver actionable insights to help you stay code compliant, minimize site disruptions with fewer service calls, and improve the overall productivity of maintenance efforts, thus improving overall customer outcomes,” said Kartik Kumar, VP & GM Commercial Fire, and Edwards Managing Director.

Debuting during the NFPA Conference & Expo, Edwards ConnectedSafety+ delivers an enhanced fire safety service that leverages the strength of Edwards EST4 fire system products to help improve outcomes for dealers, partners, and end-customers.
