Colour 'RED' signifies extreme protection of wood treatment against fires, mold, wood rot and termites

One of the company's goals is to assist the fire departments across America to recognize red framing lumber allowing them to log these structures as built with Class "A" Fire Inhibitors.

EcoBlu Products, Inc.,announced that the company has made a conscience decision to change the color of the WoodSurfaceFilm treatment to a red hue colorant. The development of the company's proprietary treatment incorporating the AF21 Fire Inhibitor as a standard component is now providing low cost ultimate wood protection. Red as an extreme color represents extreme protection offered by the company's wood treatment for Fire, Mold, Wood Rot and Termites.

The company is currently building inventory of red lumber ensuring abilities to support the market demands. All new orders starting January 2011 will ship in the red color. The company is extremely pleased to be able to supply our customers with the added value of Fire Protection at similar costs of our prior treatment for just Mold, Rot and Termite protection. The company will now ship exclusively our own proprietary formulation moving forward in 2011. One of the company's goals is to assist the fire departments across America to recognize red framing lumber allowing them to log these structures as built with Class "A" Fire Inhibitors.

"I have positioned the company in the right place in 2011 with the new Cal Green codes and the new fire codes going into effect next year and being enforced by the Building Departments," said Steve Conboy, President and CEO of EcoBlu Products. "The new Cal Green code is to defend against moisture related problems with mold on Lumber and new fire codes are mandating fire sprinklers in all new home construction," added Conboy.
