Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. (Dynatect) manufactures components critical to many industries that have been identified by the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) including but not limited to supply chain for medical, transportation, manufacturing, and agriculture. Therefore, Dynatect will continue to keep operations open to support its customers.

Continuous remote operations and deliveries

Dynatect is taking the outbreak of COVID-19 seriously, while still maintaining their manufacturing capabilities. The company continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and takes the appropriate actions to ensure that product deliveries are not impacted. They are continually assessing the supply base for any impacts to components and raw materials pipeline. 

The company is also actively pursuing redundant supply chains and continues to project very limited impact to the North American manufacturing locations. They are monitoring the costs of raw materials, freight cost, and increased panic buying that may translate into increased costs.

Efficient customer service in COVID-19 period

Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. wants to help customers succeed through this difficult situation. This includes the ability to help customers remotely by phone, email, telephone conference calls and video conferences.

The company executives can discuss customer needs, review the design of new parts or verify if a solution is appropriate for a specific application, all remotely. This means, Dynatect will continue to help customers get the solutions they need, whenever they need them.

Mitigating COVID-19 transmission among staff, offices

Dynatect is continuing to make more extensive plans for mitigating the transmission of the COVID-19 virus within its staff and locations. Visitors are allowed by exception only within the office locations. The company has suspended all international travel and are also only approving domestic travel on a case-by-case basis for staff and clients. 

They have also limited internal meetings and are completing those held remotely. The company’s operations and office staff are practicing social distancing and are taking appropriate preventive measures to decrease any potential spread. 

Remote execution on non-manufacturing operations

The Dynatect staff is actively improving the company’s ability to execute some non-manufacturing work remotely as safety or regulation may require. Some of the team members are working from home and are still readily available by phone or email. Dynatect is committed to keeping operations ongoing, in a safe and measured manner.
