MSA Safety Incorporated’s Board Of Directors Announce Declaration Of Fourth Quarter Dividend

The Board of Directors of MSA Safety Incorporated has declared a fourth quarter dividend of 42 cents per share on common stock, payable December 10, 2019 to shareholders of record on November 7, 2019. MSA Safety Incorporated’s Board of Directors also declared a dividend of 56-1/4 cents per share on preferred stock, payable December 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on November 7, 2019.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) released its annual “U.S. Firefighter Fatalities in the United States” report, which showed a total of 64 U.S. firefighter fatalities while on duty in 2018. This continues a five-year trend of fewer than 70 deaths per year.
