The who's who of the fire protection industry meets at FeuerTrutz. The trade fair for structural, technical, and organizational fire protection takes place from February 20 to 21, 2019 in Nuremberg.

WAGNER is also using the industry event, consisting of a trade fair and congress, to present its holistic fire protection solutions.

N2 Fill concept

The highlight of the WAGNER exhibition stand at the upcoming FeuerTrutz is the previously unique, patent-pending N2 Fill concept.

Under the motto 'minimal effort, maximum safety', empty nitrogen gas extinguisher containers can now be refilled on-site - without dismantling, transport, or personnel expenditure.

Gas extinguishing systems

OxyReduct® nitrogen generator generates the required nitrogen from the ambient air

Gas extinguishing systems with nitrogen fight fires without leaving any residue and protect buildings and systems. But after being activated, they have to be refilled for their next use. This is often associated with a great deal of logistical and organizational effort.

N2 Fill offers an optimal solution for this. An OxyReduct® nitrogen generator generates the required nitrogen from the ambient air and intelligent control technology ensures that the high-pressure containers are safely filled with a pressure of 300 bar within a short time.

OxyReduct ® fire prevention system

The OxyReduct ® fire prevention system, which uses oxygen reduction to prevent fires, takes effect before a fire can develop, thus protecting against fire-related losses and operational disruptions that could endanger operations.

The oxygen content in the area to be protected is permanently reduced below the ignition limit of the materials present there and is kept at this level in a controlled manner. The nitrogen required for this is generated from the ambient air as required.

holistic fire protection solution

By combining OxyReduct® with early fire detection, WAGNER enables a holistic fire protection solution at the highest level. Highly sensitive TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors detect the cause of the fire as early as possible, which can no longer spread to fires due to oxygen reduction.

They therefore allow countermeasures to be taken quickly. Using the patented LOGIC· SENS® fire pattern detection system, TITANUS® aspirating smoke detectors differentiate between fire and false alarm scenarios and offer the highest level of security against false alarms.

FirExting® fire-fighting system

The inert gas also enables multi-stage fire protection concepts in conjunction with an OxyReduct® system

Another component is the FirExting® fire-fighting system. The gas extinguishing system fights fires effectively and without leaving any residues, while also offering optimum protection for the property and inventory.

Depending on the requirements of the operator, insurer, and building regulations as well as the individual conditions on site, nitrogen is primarily used as the extinguishing gas.

The inert gas also enables multi-stage fire protection concepts in conjunction with an OxyReduct® system. WAGNER's portfolio also includes argon, IG-541, carbon dioxide, and Novec 1230 as other extinguishing gases.

Visu LAN® hazard management system

The Visu LAN® hazard management system rounds off WAGNER's portfolio for holistic fire protection. The open software platform integrates all building technology, communication, and security systems in a uniform user interface, regardless of the manufacturer.

The software serves as the central operating and control unit for all systems - from single-user systems to globally branched network solutions with unlimited operator stations.

Take the opportunity to talk to our experts at FeuerTrutz and experience live how oxygen reduction works in our OxyReduct ® cabin. You will find WAGNER's holistic, innovative solutions in Hall 10 at Stand 418.
