  • Cybersecurity
  • Connectivity, system integration, and the Internet of Things
  • Demographics
  • Trust and transparency
  • Autonomous machines, robotics, and additive manufacturing
  • Corporate social responsibility and sustainability

Benefit from the dramatic changes

Alexander Woods, Policy Manager at CQI explained that the report is designed to “enable organizations to understand the areas that will be affected by the digital revolution, so that they can adopt appropriate measures to ensure that they gain maximum benefit from the dramatic changes it will bring.”

Jeff Ruddle, Strategic Development Director at UKAS, commented on the report: “Digitization is happening at a remarkable speed and recent events such as the COVID-19 pandemic have incentivized organizations to explore means of using digitized services to enhance productivity and protect business continuity. ‘The Future of Work’ report is a useful guide for any organization wishing to find out more about the changes taking place in the workplace today, how to mitigate risk and the measures which can be employed to drive innovation and improvement.”
