The new Coopers Fire HQ, named Ignis House, is one of the first units to be built in the new industrial estate in Waterlooville called Proxima Park. Only a short distance from the Coopers Fire old factory, the new headquarters is more than twice the size of the previous factory, helping the business to continue to be successful in servicing its customers/global distributor network and growing its fire and smoke curtain sales.

The units achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and are being constructed by MCS Group

UMC Architects were appointed to carry out the initial feasibility masterplans before commencing with the detailed design of Phase 1, which is the Coopers Fire unit, that was completed in March 2020. The units achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and are being constructed by MCS Group. The new Coopers Fire headquarters in Waterlooville, Hampshire consists of a factory, office space, meeting rooms, and a larger car park, and a separate delivery yard.

  • 10m clear height
  • A fully enclosed and secure delivery yard with a 35m depth
  • 5 HGV parking spaces
  • 108 car parking spaces
  • Cycle shelter for 20 bicycles
  • Loading and unloading canopy
  • 2 dock leveler doors
  • Full access control to the offices, factory, and delivery yard
