Conformity Assessment Program would help in enhancing the quality of products
The CAP program is intended for software application developers

The IPAWS CAP Profile Conformity Assessment Program will provide an independent, objective analysis of qualified products to ensure they adhere to the IPAWS CAP Profile.

FEMA will ultimately publish a list of vendors whose products conform to the CAP IPAWS v1.2 Profile so that purchasers may be assured that their equipment complies with the FCC's and FEMA's requirements. Our guest will be Mark A. Lucero, Chief, IPAWS Engineering, FEMA National Continuity Programs and Project Lead. DM System Architect Gary Ham will also provide a brief update on the status of testing for DM-OPEN 2.0.

This program is intended primarily for software application developers. As always, your questions and comments are welcome. Please make plans to join us via conference bridge and Live Meeting.
