Lebanon Fire Department responded to a two vehicle accident (4 patients in one vehicle and one patient in the other vehicle) on Route 19 at Washington / Russell County Line with entrapment. One patient died at the scene, one patient died at hospital, and one patient was transported to Wake Forest with life threating injuries (not sure on status).
