Chubb UK secured the contract based on its proven track record

Chubb Fire & Security UK, a leading provider of electronic security and fire safety solutions for business and industry, has been chosen as ‘the supplier of choice’ for all fire and security maintenance across the nationwide premises of Her Majesty’s Land Registry. Chubb is part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

Chubb UK is servicing and maintaining closed circuit television (CCTV), intruder and access control systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers and fire mechanical systems, including sprinklers and gas suppression systems, at 31 Land Registry sites around the country. The contract was put out to tender by the facilities management company, Carillion, on behalf of Land Registry, and Chubb secured the contract based on its proven track record.

Ian Preston, Engineering Services Manager, Carillion, says that he was happy to confirm Chubb as one of Carillion’s preferred suppliers:
