ChubbmySite includes invoice and statement management

Chubb Fire & Security Limited is further enhancing its customer service capabilities through ChubbmySite, a new online account service, which enables UK-based customers to coordinate their fire and security maintenance contracts through one simple, secure and integrated portal. Chubb, a provider of security and fire-safety solutions, is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

Invoice and statement management

ChubbmySite includes invoice and statement management, where customers can securely view and print their invoices and statements, switch to direct debit payment or make secure online payments.

The portal also allows customers to view the system activity on their monitored intruder alarms, including the times that their intruder systems are set and unset, which can be valuable to multi-site customers. It also provides a log of their previous and booked engineer visits and service history, and enables them to change aspects of their contract such as their nominated key holder, which proves useful when reassigning duties during employee planned or unplanned absences.

“ChubbmySite gives the customer full transparency of what we do, when we do it and where we do it,” said Colin Leatherbarrow, product solutions director, Chubb Fire & Security. “For our small and medium-sized enterprise customers, it cuts out paperwork and simplifies the process of ensuring compliance with legal and insurance requirements. For larger premises and multi-site estates, it gives greater visibility and control to Health & Safety and risk managers who may be based in a remote location.”

The new service was launched to create an easy yet secure way for customers to manage their contracts, and also supports both the customers’ and Chubb’s environmental goals to reduce the output of paper.
