Recently, the Emergency Satellite Mobile Command Centre System, which has won the bid in Xi'an's fire department, had been fitted with unmanned aircraft video surveillance system and co-ordinates from air to ground, fixes to mobile full range, and three-dimensional multi-media video emergency command. This further enhances frontline command capabilities at emergency and disaster sites. The above system will also provide security and fire protection to the Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition 2011 in China.
City fire is the major and most frequent disaster among earthquake, fire and flood. The recent major fire disasters have cost human lives and property. Such new fire safety situations have brought new challenges to information technology and emergency communication command of public security and fire safety.
