CED Fire Protection was engaged to carry out the dry fire protection to this 16-level social housing apartment building, consisting of 151 one and two-bedroom apartments, ground floor and communal space, and basement carpark at a build cost of 61 million.
As part of the work, they installed an Ampac FIP fire indicator panel with an emergency warning intercommunication system EWIS, WIP phones, smoke, and heat detection, as well as integrating control to sprinklers, security, and mechanical services.
