Bronto Skylift has given out a general statement that they the company will provide customers with brief information about precautionary actions that they are taking to address risks related to the COVID-19 epidemic. They are closely following the instructions from the authorities and are doing their part in this joint battle against the virus.

Preparedness team

The company’s management has set up a preparedness team to monitor the development of the global COVID-19 pandemic situation on a daily basis.

The group is planning preventive measures to reduce workplace risks and provide guidance and instructions to all Bronto Skylift staff. They will also coordinate actions with the authorities at different locations, as they may be required.

Restricted traveling and visitation at premises

  • As a precautionary measure, the organization has decided to restrict all traveling to all areas for the time being.
  • In conjunction with the precautionary measures that restrict travel, they have also decided to limit factory visits by international and domestic visitors alike. Only necessary material deliveries are allowed to enter the company factories.
  • They have also restricted all traveling between the organization’s premises to keep staff and factories as protected as much as possible.

Impact of the epidemic on operations

All personnel, whose job description allows them to work from home, will be doing so until further notice

The statement adds that all personnel, whose job description allows them to work from home, will be doing so until further notice. Due to the closure of schools, many of the company employees have children at home to look after, which may cause some disruptions during normal working hours. However, the organization will do their best to be at customers’ disposal as usual.

The company factories will remain open and will continue production as of now. They strive to safeguard the safety of the production staff with many precautions, while they continue daily efforts at the factories.

Ensuring health and safety of staff and customers

To date, their operations have not been affected by the epidemic in terms of disruptions or delays concerning material flows or production plans. Should the epidemic affect their operations in some way, the company shall promptly inform all stakeholders whom this may concern.

The health and safety of the company’s staff, customers and partners are the top priorities and they will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and updates would be provided as needed as the situation develops, the company statement added.
