Based in the heart of Moseley, Birmingham, the apartments are spread over three blocks, with facilities available to all the residents, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and concierge service.

The IPL scope of work includes monthly visual inspections and bi-annual maintenance checks on fire alarms, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and dry risers. This has to be coordinated with access to each apartment for maintenance checks, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
