G&S Brandschutztechnik AG announces rebranding strategy with new brand name, Rosenbauer Brandschutz Deutschland GmbH. The specialized company for preventive fire protection has been part of the Rosenbauer Group since 2016 and only in the previous year merged SICS Brandschutz GmbH, G&S Brandschutz GmbH, and G&S Sprinkleranlagen GmbH to form a single company.
Preventive fire safety expert
The former company name is to be continued as a modified label of excellence, G&S Integrated Solutions, and will continue to convey the familiar value and reliability of the products. Owner Ansgar Schmidt resigned from the company on the same date, leaving Rosenbauer manager Hubert Heissl as the sole managing director.
"In a three-year intensive phase of integration, we have shaped four companies into a powerful 'player' in the area of preventive fire protection. Now the time has come to communicate this new identity through a harmonization of our brands to the outside," says Hubert Heissl, Managing Director of Rosenbauer Brandschutz Germany. "The name G&S will remain in the form of a new label of excellence and emphasizes the usual quality and competence of our offers and services."
Plant fire protection solutions provider
Rosenbauer Brandschutz specializes as a full-service provider in plant fire protection for the planning, construction, and maintenance of fixed extinguishing systems. The product portfolio includes systems that are based on water, foam, and compressed air. The product range also offers fire alarm and early fire detection systems, gas extinguishing systems, wall hydrants, mobile CAFS fire extinguishers, and semi-stationary POLY extinguishing systems.
Customers range from commercial kitchens, tunnel operators, industrial companies, logistics companies and recycling plants to airports. Rosenbauer Brandschutz achieved sales of € 24.2 million in 2018. Around 180 employees work at the Leonding, Mogendorf, Gladbeck and Hilden sites.
