Water Rescue Team (WrSt)

The water rescue team (WrSt) is part of the water rescue train (WRZ) in the state's own disaster control and consists of the water rescue equipment vehicle (GW-WR) as a towing vehicle and the rescue boat (RTB) including trailer. 

The tasks of the WrSt are rescue, recovery, evacuation, emergency medical, search, exploration, transport, logistics, and support tasks in disaster control. The GW-WR is used to transport the required equipment and crew.

Features

In the interior, an easy-care, hard-wearing, and slip-resistant spray floor ensure the greatest possible safety.

A 2m radio is positioned in the crew room, an HRT, a Commander 6, and an HBC 3 are located in the driver's area. The high-performance LED lighting 2 x right, 2 x left, 2 x at the rear ensure sufficient illumination around the vehicle.

Additional indicators and an LED COMET rotating beacon on the roof ensures optimum visibility A specially made and durable shelving system in the separated stern area on the driver and passenger side offers adapted storage space for personal protective equipment as a flow rescuer, boat operator and is supplemented by various belt safety systems for flow rescue and self-protection. An inflatable raft was also housed on the shelf, paddles and storage options for diving suits (wet and dry) are integrated into the rear extension. A roof vent was installed for ventilation to ensure an optimal indoor climate.
