AW Technology, globally renowned providers of fire protection products and safety solutions, are delighted to announce a new organizational structure as the company’s global business undertakes an exciting new chapter in its history.

New organizational changes

AW Technology has enjoyed significant growth in recent times and the new organizational changes will help drive future improvements and help further the company’s reputation for innovation and quality.

The new organizational structure is as follows:

  • Stephen Ellwood as Technical Director at AW Technology (previously served as Director) - Stephen’s role as Technical Director will now be more specialized and concentrate on coordinating the research & development (R&D) and technology innovations within AWT.
  • David Appleby as Chairman of AW Technology (previously served as Director) - David will be responsible for representing AWT’s aims and policies to the outside world, so as to help promote the values of the company.
  • David Haigh as Commercial Director at AW Technology (previously served as Tunnel Product Manager) – David Haigh’s role has expanded to cover the commercial side of AWT, including the global sales & marketing operations.
  • Chris Atkiss as Sales & Marketing Specialist at AW Technology (previously served as Mechanical Technician) - Chris will now be dividing his time between AWT’s production department and assisting the Commercial Director, David Haigh with sales & marketing.

Changes aimed at improving services

David Haigh, Commercial Director, AW Technology, said “These changes are a sign of the continued success and development of AW Technology as a business. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and this new organizational structure provides us with the capability to operate more efficiently and deliver even better results for customers.
