Avon Rubber is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 3M’s ballistic protection business and the rights to the Ceradyne brand.

Over the next 12 months, 3M will transition the critical business functions to Avon in a phased and controlled manner. During this transition phase, the business will be operating as usual as a stand-alone business alongside Avon Protection.
