AVK International has extended its Supa Lock™ threadless connection system with four new fittings. The new Supa Lock™ fittings serve as access points with no need for tapping the pipe and allow for a simple connection with no added risk of corrosion or weakening of the pipes.

The socket/spigot fittings are therefore well-suited for new installations, whereas the blind flange can be used for both existing and new installations, and for many applications such as providing auxiliary water or as a tapping point for service connections.

The four new fittings are as follows:

  • Blind flange with Supa Lock™ outlet, series 109/23-001
  • Double uPVC socket fitting with two Supa Lock™ outlets, series 109/24-001
  • UPVC socket/spigot fitting with two Supa Lock™ outlets, series 109/25-001
  • Tyton socket/spigot fitting with two Supa Lock™ outlets, series 109/26-001

Feature summary of the Supa Lock™ threadless connection system

  • Corrosion-free joint
  • Easy two-step assembly
  • Self-locking safety retainer
  • Joints with heavy-duty O-rings provide extra safety
  • No rotation of valves and connectors
