Assistant Commissioner joins an educational programme that has been expanded to more than 50 sessions in five tracks

ASIS International is pleased to announce that Mark Rowley, Assistant Commissioner for Specialist Operations, Metropolitan Police Service of London, will be a keynote speaker at the ASIS 15th European Security Conference and Exhibition (ASIS Europe 2016), 6 to 8 April in London, UK.

Assistant Commissioner Rowley joins an educational programme that has been expanded to more than 50 sessions in five tracks. Key topics being addressed include: Terrorism Outlook for Europe, Insider Threat, Cybersecurity, Business Value of Security, Internet of Things, and Security Technology and Solutions.

The conference sessions will be supplemented by professional tours on the day before the main conference. These tours give delegates a unique “behind-the-scenes” look at locations with particular security challenges such as the British Museum, the soon-to-be opened biomedical research centre the Francis Crick Institute, and the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

ASIS's renowned networking events will be a key feature of the conference. This year, there will be three receptions; the Welcome Party powered by Nedap at the Leadenhall Building, the President's Reception, sponsored by Tyco Fire & Security in the iconic Egyptian Sculpture Gallery of the British Museum, and a closing reception hosted by the ASIS United Kingdom Chapter at the House of Lords.
