ARA Security is strengthening its provision of security products and solutions across Australia and New Zealand. As of 3 April 2018, ARA’s Security division acquired HUD Security, led by Managing Director - Glen Lighton, and PRV Security, led by General Manager - Steven Kuryj.

end-to-end solution

Given the high level of synergy between ARA Security and these latest acquisitions, all parties are looking forward to supporting ARA’s clients with a more comprehensive, end-to-end solution.

For the Managing Director of ARA Security, Tony Franov, the acquisition of HUD and PRV also “offers ARA the ability to drive their physical security products with the electronic and CIT (Cash In Transit) services”, and the opportunity to break into new markets as a result.

About HUD Security

HUD is well-positioned to engage ARA’s divisions to optimize the use of group capabilities in sales and servicing

HUD Security joins ARA Security as a well-established security product solutions provider with over 30 years of experience in design, manufacture, and installation.

HUD is well-positioned to engage ARA’s divisions to optimize the use of group capabilities in sales and servicing and to expand ARA Security’s provision of physical security products.

Recognized as a trusted service provider for Australia’s largest national and regional banks, retailers, government agencies, and pharmaceutical companies, HUD Security is synonymous with reliable, high-quality security products; from commercial safes, vaults, and doors, to fully customizable products and fit-outs.

About PRV Security

PRV Security specializes in commercial fit-outs, direct end-user security, and the provision of electronic security solutions such as CCTV cameras and Access Control.

Accordingly, the company is expected to build on ARA Security’s existing installation and maintenance capabilities. PRV is also set to expand ARA Security’s clientele to include the Healthcare and Education sectors, having established its commercial client base for over 20 years.

services and expertise

According to Glen Lighton, joining the ARA Group will enable both HUD and PRV to better support existing clients, gain access to a wide range of services and expertise, provide more opportunities to staff in the areas of personal and career growth, and leverage ARA’s existing client relationships.

As ARA Security expands and consolidates its range of capabilities, ARA welcomes Glen Lighton, Steven Kuryj, and the teams at HUD and PRV Security.
