For the third consecutive year, ARA Security celebrated the anniversary milestones of its long-service staff members. The ARA Security team spans over 9 locations across Australia and New Zealand, including NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, and the ACT.

In the last half of 2018, several celebrations were held in recognition of the hard work and longevity of ARA Security staff that have been with the team for at least 5 years.

As the Managing Director of ARA Security, Tony Franov is proud of the company’s low staff turnover and has found that the awards, which include a work anniversary milestone plaque and a financial reward, have been very well received, "Recognizing our long-serving staff each year is a positive way to acknowledge the achievements and the commitment of our team across Australia and New Zealand.
