Servcore will expand the offerings of the ARA Security division, increasing ARA capabilities across Australia and New Zealand. 

Effective as of the 1st February 2021, Mr Edward Federman, ARA Executive Chair and Managing Director, announced the acquisition of Servcore, “I am very pleased to welcome Servcore and Wayne Furneyvall, the founder, to the ARA Group. Servcore comes to ARA with a great work force, great customers, and terrific management. The people-centred and service-driven approach of Servcore will complement the service capabilities of ARA and I look forward to their contribution across the Group.”

Servcore are pioneers in electrical and communications infrastructure, particularly the design, installation, and service of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Wayne Furneyvall, Managing Director of Servcore. Wayne has over 40 years’ experience in electrical and communications contracting, consulting, management and business ownership. He has built a solid reputation within the industry, known for delivering on time and budget for his extensive customer base.

He prioritizes maintaining a well-educated workforce, giving Servcore customers an advantage in the electrical communications industry.
