On the 3rd of April 2023, ARA Fire acquired Sicada Fire & Safety (Sicada). This acquisition has helped ARA Fire establish a national footprint for the mobile fire suppression business. Sicada is located in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, South-eastern Queensland, and Central Queensland.

Combining Sicada with Fire Suppression Services in Western Australia and Sheridan Fire Solutions in Queensland, two other companies recently acquired by ARA, provides ARA Fire with a strong national footprint. This combined business will trade as ARA Fire.

Sicada Fire & Safety commenced trading in 1993 in Brisbane. Under the leadership of its owner, Robyn Seller, Sicada expanded into Central Queensland and the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

With 30 years of experience, Sicada’s customer base includes some of Australia’s mining and resource businesses, as well as hundreds of industrial and commercial companies.
