AQUASYS assures customers, suppliers and business partners that the company will continue to live up to role as a responsible Austrian business even during the corona virus pandemic. AQUASYS would be supporting the containment of the corona virus.

For this reason, the employees have been instructed last week to work from home via home office and to use the possibilities of digital & interactive equipment to hold internal and external appointments & meetings exclusively "in virtual space" by means of telephone and video conferences.

Fully available by telephone, e-mail

In concrete terms, this means that AQUASYS or the previous contact persons at AQUASYS are fully available by telephone, e-mail and, if desired, via a virtual conference connection with screen-sharing function, UNCHANGED! The latter only requires on the customer’s side a computer with speakers, microphone, up-to-date web browser software (Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox ...) and an Internet connection.

AQUASYS requests for customers’ understanding that at the moment no personal meetings can take place at the company’s or customer’s premises.
