Complementing SOTERIA is Apollo’s enhanced protocol, CoreProtocol, the next generation in fire loop communication

World-leading independent fire detector manufacturer, Apollo Fire Detectors, will showcase its new SOTERIA® range of products at FeuerTRUTZ 2016 (Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, Germany 17th – 18th February 2016).

Visitors to Apollo’s stand (Hall 10.0, Stand 215) will have the opportunity to find out about the company’s extensive product and service offering and experience the SOTERIA® detection range - the next generation in fire recognition technology which is designed to improve detection, reduce false alarms and deliver improved reliability.

Isa Oldemeyer, General Manager at Apollo Germany, comments: “FeuerTRUTZ presents Apollo with a great opportunity to launch our new SOTERIA® range in the DACH region. Feuer TRUTZ is Germany's leading exhibition for preventative fire protection and we are looking forward to meeting existing customers, new customers and partners.”

CoreProtocol - the next generation in fire loop communication

Complementing SOTERIA® is Apollo’s enhanced protocol, CoreProtocol®, the next generation in fire loop communication giving greater control, higher levels of efficiency and significantly more loop power. The new protocol builds on the established capabilities of XP95 and Discovery; with forward and backwards compatibility and the ability to manage a significantly increased number of devices.

SOTERIA® is the start of an ongoing technology innovation. The new range covers all detection areas such as heat, optical and CO, either individually or in innovative combinations.

These new products have been designed by Apollo’s industry-leading Engineers using the latest simulation technology. They reflect Apollo’s ambition of delivering a real focus on innovation and are the start of an evolutionary journey with more exciting products in the pipeline.
