Amthal has completed its acquisition of majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Ltd (IPMSL,) a Midlands-based, foremost provider of fire safety and security solutions.

IPSML majority shares have been acquired by Amthal as part of a combined growth initiative, presented to ensure the joint venture, fire safety, and security specialist can offer expert solutions across a greater coverage of the UK.

About IPSML

With over 20 years of combined experience, IPSML has a significant presence in the Midlands, offering bespoke commercial fire safety and security systems to facility managers and block management companies looking for compliant design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring services.

Integration of services

The merger of IPSML to Amthal will contribute to future scaling of the combined business Says Jamie Allam, CEO Amthal: “With the new partnership looking to integrate specialist combined services, Amthal and IPMSL can now offer more customers across the UK a comprehensive service range backed up by knowledgeable technical sales and technology support."

Together it reinforces our position in the fire safety and security market on an increasingly national scale. We have worked hard to ensure that our unique business propositions match and established ways to extend our services and enhance product offerings. The joining of IPSML to Amthal along with the service portfolio will contribute significantly to our future scaling of the combined business.

Partnership and investment

IPMSL Director Adrian Mcilmurray adds: “These are exciting times for IPMSL. With Amthal’s backing and investment, we will be able to deliver a broader and more varied range of smart products and services to our market place. Amthal is a renowned fire safety and security specialist, so this is a natural fit for both businesses."

The partnership is also great news for our customers. Our current partners in the market will benefit from further investment, an enhanced service offering and most importantly, support in delivering compliant security & fire safety solutions. The plan for us is to continue the great work of the past 20 years and together, support our customers from initial design to project completion.
