Aico Business Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, James Cavan has been promoted to National Account Development Manager.

A new post for Aico, the role of National Account Development Manager will see James responsible for developing relationships with major national contractors, procurement groups and house builders. 

James has worked for Aico for 16 years, moving from Regional Specification Manager to Business Development Manager before this new post. He sees this as an exciting new opportunity: “My role as a Business Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland enabled me to take a more strategic point of view at Aico and was invaluable experience for this new nationwide role. I am looking forward to the challenges that lay ahead and to further contributing to Aico’s success.”

In addition to his role with national accounts, James will also be developing Aico’s presence in the plumbing and heating market with its innovative Ei208 range of quality, cost-effective Lithium battery powered Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarms.
