E- ONE, a subsidiary of REV Group and a global provider of emergency response vehicles, is proud to announce its expansion in Ocala, Florida with the addition of 66,000 square feet. E-ONE currently has a total of more than 300,000 square feet for its Ocala operations, including the Welcome Center and the Chassis, Body and Aerial facilities. In addition, at the E-ONE Hamburg, NY facility, there is a 75,000 square foot operation for stainless steel body production. The new expansion in Ocala, FL brings the total facilities to approximately 442,000 square feet.

The new expansion will provide:

  • Additional warehouse operations
  • Expansion of parts distribution
  • Space for new product line operations

“This expansion provides the additional capacity E-ONE requires as we continue to grow,” said Chris Lashley, Vice President and General Manager for E-ONE. “We look forward to hitting our future growth goals and having a larger impact on the Ocala, Florida community.”

E-ONE currently employs over 900 people in Ocala and approximately 90 in Hamburg, for a total of nearly 1,000 employees. At its Ocala, FL headquarters, E-ONE manufactures the chassis, cab, body, and aerial devices for the following:

  • Aerial ladders and platforms
  • Custom and commercial pumpers and tankers
  • Rescues of all sizes
  • Industrial trucks
  • Aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles

Further, in Ocala, E-ONE has a dedicated after-market parts warehouse and service technicians who seek to provide world-class customer support.
