It meets the latest Type ll Specification—and is protected from mildew with no drying required. Adding Dura-Cote™ treatment boosts abrasion, heat and flame resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. Available in 50' or 100' lengths, 8F includes aluminum rocker lug or quarter turn forestry couplings and meets or exceeds the low weight requirements of the specifications. Super Tough. Polyester single jacket polyurethane hose and liner is light in weight and heavy on rugged dependability on the fireground. Greater Value. Optional Dura-Cote protective treatment extends the life of the hose, increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance—and protects from mildew, with no drying time required.
