Holmatro HPW 4624 hand operated power wedge combines an extremely small insertion height with more than 25 tonnes lifting capacity and is therefore complementary to other lifting and spreading equipment. It creates the initial space required for positioning a combi tool, spreader or lifting bag. It is also the first tool to use in a progressive lifting operation, where it is followed by a lifting bag and a hydraulic jack. An ideal tool to bring with you during USAR operations, but also suitable for forcible entry applications (e.g. opening overhead doors, elevator and other automatic doors).
