Deafgard X is the safe, legal and cost-effective solution activated by System X (TX) to communicate the sounding of the fire alarm to deaf and hard of hearing people. Ideal for hotels and sleeping risk premises where there is a requirement from a deaf and hard of hearing person. When Deafgard X receives a signal from the TX unit, the Deafgard X bedside unit will activate the high-intensity strobe LED and connected vibrating pillow pad. A flashing strobe and LCD provide visual indication that the fire alarm is sounding, allowing the deaf or hard of hearing person to leave their room to a place of safety.
