Great Lakes X-Cel is a job shop that does a little bit of everything, ranging from steel fabrication, CNC machining, valve work and much more. As a job shop, they have to be adaptable to meet customer needs, one day they could be running stainless alloys, some titanium, and the next day it could be mild steel along with super duplex materials.

The Hurco control, along with the build quality of their CNC machines has allowed Great Lakes to remain adaptable, to stand the test of time and meet customer demand. Because of this, they now have over 13 Hurco CNC machines in their facility, making parts all day daily.
