Features: Very robust design: IP67 rated and as such is protected against dust and dirt penetration and also water. As standard, a rubber casing protection safeguards the device against damages even in the event of a fall from a height of 1.5mtrs. Shock-resistant sensors provide accurate and precise measurement results. Tried and tested Draeger sensor technology: Draeger sensors are a tried and tested technology with a wide range of Electrochemical sensors, Catalytic, Infrared and Photo Ionisation Detector (PID) sensors available. Optional, integrated high-performance pump: A built-in high-performance pump draws in the gas to be measured through a hose of up to 45 m length. The pump is continuously monitored for blockages. Unlimited sensor adjustment: The wide selection range of more than 25 different Dräger sensors allows the detection of more than 100 gases and vapors. Furthermore, while using the Ex and IR sensors it is possible to change the measurement range of the sensor and the gas to be measured. This allows the flexibly to adjust the device to changing applications and operations. Individual user guidance: The software menu of the Dräger X-am 7000 offers many individual options by hiding and showing menu items and allows for the personalisation of a quick menu. Additionally, it is also possible to fast query the full scale concentration as well as the operating limit values TWA and STEL values. Long-term run-time: The intelligent load management ensures the full functional performance of the Dräger X-am 7000. Optionally available is also a high-performance storage battery, capable of providing an operating period of up to 20 hours, or an alkaline power pack.
