The Gloucester County Emergency Medical Service is the first county-based EMS in the state of New Jersey, established September 30, 2007. The EMS provides professional emergency medical service to all residents and visitors of Gloucester County. Currently, the EMS have a fleet of 35 ambulances and multiple support vehicles.
